First click on "Add Album" from the left panel once you've logged in...
Add a folder name and a title. These are the only bits you need really, although
you can add a description. Click "Create" once done at the bottom and IGNORE the
next screen.
Now click the "Add Items" button. You should be able to now choose pictures and videos from your own PC.
